salt cod winner was Italian style - with garlic, onions, tomatoes, olivs and pinet nuts - over diced polenta cubes ( a Mott touch)

Wow. With full color pics as well.
Doug's---the "cased meat" restaurant in Chicago you once read about--- is back open. They had a fire or something and closed for a while. Next time you are in Chicago....
